IMO -

GIGO! (Garbage In - Garbage Out)  The registry makes no claims on the 
content being intelligent so the author of the content bears this 
responsibility.  Registry is only a tool (a very important one) to 
fulfill the duties bestowed on it by the architects of a modern SOA or 
ontology architecture.
