regrep-scm mailing list?

Thanks everyone for the approval of the SCM SC ballot. How does the name 
regrep-scm sound for the mailing list for that SC? Any objections to 
that name?

Kathryn, should I contact Scott McGrath to create the mailing list etc. 
for the new SC or would that be something you would be doing?
