Hmm - Regrep-scum?  Short for Registry/Repository-Semantic Content 
Ubiquitous Management?

On second thought - let's stick with regrep-scm.  The odds that we be 
collectively referred to phonetically as "regrep-scum" is fairly high 
but at least people will remember us ;-)
