Reminder

If you received an automatic reminder to vote on a ballot, that means
the system has not received your vote.  Please follow the link in the
reminder notice to vote on the ballot.  You have to hit enter after
indicating your vote in order for it to register.  

Voting membership status is dependent on returning ballots.  Indicating
Abstain returns the ballot and registers your participation.  If you do
not feel comfortable with a yes or no, this is an option that will
return your ballot and maintain your voting membership status.
