Presentation on ebXML Registry "Fine-Grained XML Artifacts" Technical Note

Today I presented on 
the ebXML Registry "Fine-Grained XML Artifacts" Technical Note[1] to the 
combined federal xmlCoP/DHS Core Types Working Group meeting. It was an 
introduction to the concepts, an overview of the approach, next steps, etc. 
David and Carl were in attendance.
