ebXML Registry telecons

The notifications from Kavi went out, and were a bit confusing, but it
appears the calendar is correct.  We were able to keep the same telecon
number and password.  Our telecons are now scheduled for every other
Thursday starting on January 20th from 8:00 am PT to 9:30 am PT.  Please
update your individual calendars to reflect the recurring meetings,
starting on Jan. 20th.
