Link to spec issues identified by freebXML Registry community

Per my ACTION ITEM from today's TC meeting here is the link to a wiki 
page where the freebXML Registry community
has been compiling a list of ebXML Registry 3.0 spec issues:

Note that above is unofficial external input to the TC and not formal TC 
content.

As discussed in TC call we need to consider creating a 3.1 spec that 
addresses spec issues in 3.0 sometime this year.
A starting point for that would be to review the issues identified in 
above link.
Please review these in advance of our 6/22/06 meeting so you can ask 
questions or discuss them then.
