Topic : ebXML Registry facilitating Register synchronization:

FN referred to discussion items on the TC Wiki.

Potential for using Policies (including and beyond XACML elements) applied per collection – as opposed to all artifacts in a single Register

Remote referencing as part of inter-Register operation

Cached copies of remote register function

 

 

Potential factors-

Scalability of URI resolution is a concern

Protocols for multi-organization governance of content e.g. access control, validation

Efficient implementation of semantic standardization

Subscription / notification management for federated / replicated content

Applicability of SAML v2

Consideration of Data Service is declared a business Agent 

Usage similar to those defined for an Ontology Repository - is a facility where ontologies and related information artifacts can be stored, retrieved and managed."
