The ebCore TC was set up to be able to do maintenance of ebXML
      specs,ÂÂ and can do that for RegRep should the need arise.

Under OASIS rules, TC Admin may close a TC that falls

As is standard OASIS practice, all the TC's work and
            historical record will continue to be available on the OASIS
