Request for FPI for "TREX Pattern for TREX

The Entity Resolution TC, a sibling to the TREX TC, has resolved to
ask the TREX TC to assign a Formal Public Identifier (FPI) to
the TREX pattern for TREX.  This FPI would be published along with
analogous FPIs for HTML, RELAX, XML Schema, and so on.

It turns out that OASIS does not have a registered owner identifier
(in fact, nobody does), so an unregistered owner identifier is
the only thing available.  A plausible FPI would be:

	-//OASIS::TC::TREX//TEXT TREX Pattern for TREX//EN//1.0

This request is independent of my proposal to use an URN for the
TREX namespace.
