The latest draft of RELAX Namespace in English

The latest draft of RELAX Namespace in English (an MS-Word document) 
is temporarily available at:

RELAX Namespace is a multi-lingual framework.  The idea is to 
create multiple modules and reference such modules from a single 
grammar.  Different modules may be written in different 
schema languages such as DTDs, XTM templates, RDF schema, 
TREX, RELAX Core, and RELAX Version 2.  

There are two possibilities.  One is to rename "grammar" of 
RELAX Namespace.  The other is to rename "grammar" of RELAX Version 2.  
The first one is fine but please give me another name.
