In the HTML it is confusing that the issues are not in numeric order(I
thought there were some missing). Also I think we need a couple of
additional issues:
1. Restrictions on use of <string>, <data> and anonymous datatypes

Status on diffPattern is open.
Status on parentAttrInRefElement is open.
Status on exclusion is resolved: we will handle this post 1.0.
We need a better description of issue 4. We already have wildcards.
The point of 4 is to add some suugar to match the element name and the
content in a single pattern element.
I would suggest in the TOC using different colors to distinguish
open/resolved issues (rather than a diffferent font size).
