I really don't like the name RELAX++. One reason is that you can't have +
signs in a domain name.  So we can't have a domain relax++.org; it would
have to be relaxplusplus.org.  Another reason is that calling it RELAX++ to
me suggests a much greater level of compabitility between RELAX and RELAX++
(as for example between C and C++).than is likely to be the case.
