Specs and documents

In today's conference call, Murata-san suggests three documents.

* a tutorial
* a formal specification
* a cook-book for the implementations, which describes techniques like
  lazy regular expression derivation and things like that.


But I found that we need another document that describes how W3C XML
Schema Part 2 should be implemented for RELAX NG.  There are things that
has to be addressed in that document, including:

* whiteSpace facet
* pattern facet
etc.
