change mail list name

Per request of the TC chair, I am having the mail list renamed to reflect
the recent change in the name of the TC. Soon (probably later today) to
submit a message to the list you will need to send it to
.

I'll send out an announcement as soon as I have heard that the change has
been made. In the meantime, if you send something to the old address and it
bounces you should try the new address.
