I don't think so. If the validator is sloppy, then it might not properly
implement the ValidationContext interface. If so, the validator cannot
validate the ENTITY type or the QName type correctly even when the
datatype libraries are correctly implemented.


But adding special attributes just for this purpose seems cumbersome to
me...

Is it possible to allow single-file-single-test style where that is
necessary? (like this case)
