Status of test cases

Just to make sure we are all on the same page here.  We are not planning
to make these test cases normative, nor to vote on them, nor to make
them an official committee work product, are we? 

If we were planning to do this, then we would have a copyright problem,
since OASIS requires committee work products to be released under a
particular copyright notice, which forbids modification, and is thus
incompatible with the definition of Open Source, and would thus preclude
us from using SourceForge for this.
