I would be inclined to call it simply relaxng (no hyphen since there's no
hyphen in the namespace URI).

This project could also be home for other open source RELAX NG related
things that aren't big enough to be worth starting a separate SF project
for.  For example, we could collect hints for developers (like
Kawaguchi-san's name class cookbook).
