- Added all annotation issues except the one from Murata-san
It seems to me that "Which processor handles annotation?" is not an
issue because (I think) everybody agrees that it's a separate processor
which handles the job.
So I treated Murata-san's post as if it's a report of a typo in the
current draft.
Please let me know if you think that it should be added to the issue
list.
