If I am not mistaken, my issue "Issue: TREX elements appearing in foreign elements"

We can specify "token" as the default value of the type attribute 
by using a:defaultValue, if we disallow use of the RELAX NG namespace within 
foreign elements.

I also care impacts on RELAX Namespce (JIS TR).
