I see. But since these problems apply for those who only uses W3C XML
Schema, such a guideline would be useful by itself without any reference
to RELAX NG. Other issues you've listed, on the other hand, are only
relevant to RELAX NG users.
So I guess what you've listed are enough.
... maybe I can write an article to describe those nasty pitfalls in the
part 2.
