[relax-ng] Re: list//interleave

Someone mentioned a technique to create a set of values by using a list
and an interface.

<interleave>
  <optional>
    <value>extension</value>
  </optional>
  <optional>
    <value>restriction</value>
  </optional>
  ..
</interleave>

This seems very useful technique, so I don't want to disallow it if
possible.
