Sorry Mike - I was alluding to the long and drawn-out null/nill discussions
on the Schema list - and the fact that from a business stance - enumerated
lists are always required to explain what the dumb 'nill' refers to - as
you so exactly showed with your example.  i.e. Ripe, Cooked, Painted,
Unknown?
