[relax-ng] Additional test cases

additional test cases for changes made from 0.9 to 1.0 including:

- start//empty, data/except//empty
- restriction on element names inside interleave
- restriction on interleave//text
- restriction on attribute names ("xmlns","http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns")
- list//interleave//data
- list//interleave//value

This corresponds to what I implement for MSV.
