[relax-ng] ANN: Sun Mutli-Schema Validator is updated

A new version of Sun Multi-Schema Validator is publicly available. This
version is intended to be fully compliant to the upcoming 1.0 spec.

Also, a new version of Sun XML Datatypes Library is available. This
version supports the RELAX NG datatype interface, which was developed at
SourceForge. Therefore it can be used  to provide W3C XML Schema
datatypes support to other Java-based RELAX NG validators.
