I wouldn't be surprised if there are some dry counties in Florida
(Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey is actually distilled in a dry county,
believe it or not), but Orlando appears relatively liberal in this
regard. :-)

P.S. If it was a serious question, the drinking age is 21 nationally
these days.
