We should do an errata for this. I've attached a first draft of an update
for our (currently mostly blank) errata page at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/relax-ng/spec-20011203-errata.html
Please feel free to make suggestions for the format of the errata page
(along with an alternative version of the HTML). How should we arrange
errors? By date? By section?
