RE: [relax-ng] RDDL for RELAX NG

Good.

The link for RELAX NG for RELAX NG [1] is already live, but with an older
version. It just needs James' update. [2]

The namespace http://relaxng.org/ns/structure/1.0 should point directly to
the RELAX NG RDDL document to comply with RDDL. That may take some tweaking
of relaxng.org.
