[relax-ng] [ANN] rng2srng

I wrote a tool that reads RELAX NG XML/compact syntax and produces the
corresponding simplified grammar.

It can be either used as a command line tool or as a library that
produces the simplified form in SAX events.


Most of the actual work is done by Jing.
The source code and binary are available under the BSD license.
