This is the problem that the new OASIS CAM TC is addressing,
amongst others. Particularly we are focusing on the ebusiness
side of the problem set.
I'm chairing that TC and we'd welcome input on this topic.

I think that there is a niche for such languages for all the people
(including me) who like to start writing sample documents for new
vocabulary, check if they meet their needs and eventually derive a
schema from these samples documents.
