[relax-ng] Are following annotations forbidden after value and param ?

Can you confirm that:

      element born {
         xsd:date {
          pattern = "[0-9]{4}-[0-9]{2}-[0-9]{2}"
          >> xhtml:p [ "Add new parameters here to define a range." ]
        }
      }

is forbidden?

Of course, it would be equivalent to:

      element born {
        xsd:date {
          [
            xhtml:p [
              "Add new parameters here to define a range."
            ]
          ]
          pattern = "[0-9]{4}-[0-9]{2}-[0-9]{2}"
        }
      }

but it would seem useful to allow it as an alternative.
