Fw: [relax-ng-comment] Fw: Error in "primary" production in A.1

Here is an erratum for RNC.

The second occurrence of the keyword "empty" in 
the production rule for the non-terminal "primary" 
in A.1 should be replaced with "text".  This is a simple 
error.

Again,  If there are no objections from the RELAX NG TC in two weeks, 
as the chair, I will declare that it is unanimously agreed.  I will then, as 
the errata editor,  prepare draft errata.

In the "primary" production in A.1 of Relax NG Compact syntax, the keyword
"empty" is repeated. In the second case it should be "text".
