Keep TC Open?

Good evening all,

   I'm writing to see if the members still desire to keep this  
Technical Committee open - there has been no activity in just under a  
year (last email was 9 May 2008). As long as the group maintains a  
Chair and minimum membership the TC remains in good standing; if,  
however, the group feels that the TC has completed its work it does  
have the option of voting to close down and declare its work completed.
