Title: More information on core/extension

Hello All:

To assist in the understanding of a core and extension, I refer people to the work being done in the Examples SC. The information will be moved to the document repository shortly from the email archives. There are several examples that the SC is working through including how very different domains would actually use a common core. You can see the actual .xsd and .xml files that illustrate how a domain would create its specific rights, conditions and group names (example Patient, UniversityMember, NewsClient,...) without encumbering the other domains.
