[rights-examples] conference call: 9/3 instead of today?

I want to suggest putting off the call scheduled for today to next Tuesday,
same time (1-2 EDT). Parama has bad phone access today, and numbers and
passcodes have been changing, so by doing it next week we can all make sure
we have the right number and passcode before hand. Any objections?
