Hello Everyone:

I have writtern the following example to illustrate how one would use the core and standard extension to express rights and conditions to an XML data set. This seems to be a common requirement of many vertical industries. I have used a hypothetical example of a patient record in an XML format. This example can also be extrapolated to other XML data sets such as financial information or B2B trading data.
