believe the decision was to plan our travel to meet on the 11th and 13th.  
The prospect of finishing before the 13th is something we cannot decide until we 
get together on the 11th.  Of course if it turns out we are done with all 
our work on the 13th, we're not just going to sit around and stare at the 
wall.  In that case, you can probably catch an earlier flight (airlines are 
usually nice that way).  If we do have work to do, though, I think it is 
far more advantageous to continue on the 13th rather than having to schedule 
another meeting before the end of the month.
