Immediate action needed: RSA 2019 Participation

Dear Members,
As  you know, we reserved a 20x20 exhibit space (in the South Hall) on the  RSA 2019 show floor for another Cybersecurity Showcase Pavilion. Unfortunately, we do  not currently have enough members signed up to move forward with the  Pavilion at this time.
Our final decision on participation will be made on Monday, 6 August.
If  you're company is interested in participating in our Cybersecurity  Showcase Pavilion at RSA 2019. Please contact me no later than Friday, 3  August.

By reserving a pod within the showcase, your company:
Understands that your participation is pending until approval is received by the RSA show organizers;
Agrees to comply with all the showcase rules and requirements
as outlined in the
OASIS Interop Policy

Acknowledges that full payment must be received within 30 days of the signed agreement and that  no refunds are available after RSA provides their approval.
A maximum of eight member companies will be able to participate. The cost per pod will be $9,800. The participation form is attached.
