Deadline for RSA 2019: Monday, 6 Aug

Hi Everyone,

This is the final reminder to
 respond by Monday, 6 August, if you're planning to participate in the 
OASIS Cybersecurity Pavilion at RSA 2019.

If
 we don't receive commitments from three additional participants by the 
deadline, we will have to forfeit the booth space we've reserved for our
 cybersecurity standards. (The OASIS KMIP booth at RSA is secured and 
will not be impacted.)

Important
 to note: High demand and priority ranking for RSA booth space means 
that canceling our cyber booth in 2019 will make it very difficult for 
usÂto secure booth space in 2020 and beyond.

Please contact us immediately, if you plan to participate this year.

Dear Members,

As
 you know, we reserved a 20x20 exhibit space (in the South Hall) on the 
RSA 2019 show
floor for another Cybersecurity Showcase Pavilion. Unfortunately, we do 
not currently have enough members signed up to move forward with the 
Pavilion at this time. 

Our final decision on participation will be made on Monday, 6 August.

If
 you're company is interested in participating in our Cybersecurity 
Showcase Pavilion at RSA 2019. Please contact me no later than Friday, 3
 August.

By reserving a pod within the showcase, your company:

Understands that your participation is pending until approval is received by the RSA show organizers;

Agrees to comply with all the showcase rules and requirements as outlined in the OASIS Interop Policy;

Acknowledges that full payment must be received within 30 days of the signed agreement and that 
no refunds are available after RSA provides their approval. 

A maximum of eight member companies will be able to participate. The cost per
pod will be $9,800. The participation form is attached.
