The ballot  to approve SAF Specification v1.0 CSPRD01 as a Committee
Specification has passed

TC Admin will now create and publish the final SAF Committee
Specification to the OASIS Library at docs.oasis-open.org and announce
its availability to OASIS members and the general public.
