TC Co-Chair nomination

TC  Members,
I am nominating Tim Chevalier of NetApp for the position of the
Security and Algorithms Technical Committee Co-Chair.Tim Has been
a significant participant in the OASIS KMIP TC for many years,
also serving as a Co-Editor for the more recent KMIP
Interoperability Testing Specifications. Tim is acutely aware of
the need for interoperable security algorithms and would be a well
qualified candidate for the position of SAM TC Co-Chair.
