SAML V2.0 Metadata Extensions for Login and Discovery

The current revision of the SAML V2.0 Metadata Extensions for Login
and Discovery User Interface Version 1.0 is labeled "Committee
Specification Draft 01" in the wiki:

I don't know what a "Committee Specification Draft" is but my question
is: Will this document be undergoing public review some time in the
near future?
