Conference Show Floor Access

I will be sending out more specific info about the process
for gaining access to the show floor during our testing period, but I wanted to
emphasize one important point.  

 

As you know, we will be working in the booth prior to the rest
of the Expo floor being open.  During this time, the floor should be
considered to be a major construction zone and everyone MUST use caution when
coming and going.  It can be a dangerous place as they will be
constructing hundreds of booths, laying carpet, running wires, etc.  Our booth
is scheduled to be available at 10am on Sunday, so it will clearly be one of
the first ones done.  This means there will be forklifts driving around,
etc while we are there.

 

We ask that you please also try to limit your coming and going
from the booth to a minimum.  That is, if you’re on the floor,
please remain in the booth and don’t wander around.
