Link to chat room

Just noticed, that clicking on the link to the chatroom of the TC does not lead to "http://webconf.soaphub.org/conf/room/sariftc" (what you read and would expect), but instead has some added chars that send one to "http://webconf.soaphub.org/conf/room/sariftc%E2%80%8B" instead ;-)

Suggest we "instead" use:

http://webconf.soaphub.org/conf/room/sariftc
