run.lang => tool.language

In this morning’s meeting (and in the title of Issue #72) I incorrectly referred to the non-existent run.lang property. This is actually a property of the tool object, not the run object, and its name is language, not lang.

 

tool.language is “a string specifying the language of the messages produced by the tool”, and it is that property which now has a default value of "en-US".
