Issues filed from TC meeting #11

Per the action items assigned to me during TC meeting #11 on 2/28/2018, I filed the following issues:

 

#110: Specify how to treat a file that contains interleaved stdout/stderr (CSD.1)

#111: Add property invocation.exitCode (CSD.1)

#112: Capture a deterministic URI prefix (not CSD.1)

#113: Provide guidance on including a hostname in a uriBaseId? (not CSD.1)

 

I added comments to #112 and #113 to express my opinion.
