Change draft for #96: run.redactionToken

I pushed a change draft for Issue #96: “Add redactionToken property to run object.”

I’ll move to adopt this change at the next TC meeting.

 

NOTE: I’m open to better alternatives to the term “redaction-aware property” that I introduced into the Terminology section in this draft.
