Additional properties for incremental scans

As we discussed in TC #21, I added a comment to 
Issue #198 proposing some additional properties that would help to track issues from run to run.

 

As I said in the comment, on further reflection I don’t see how these properties support incremental scans
per se. I might have forgotten some of the discussion. Please let me know if I forgot something.
