Change draft for #237: graphs dictionaries

I pushed a change draft for Issue #237, “run.graphs and result.graphs should be dictionaries, not arrays”

This was the only place in the spec where an object was looked up by its id, but where the object was not stored in a dictionary indexed by that id. Please see the issue description for more details.

 

We’ll move approval of this change at TC #23 on Wednesday 9/12.
