Change draft for #118: SARIF file naming convention

I pushed a change draft for 
Issue #118, “SARIF file naming convention”:

 

Documents/ChangeDrafts/Active/sarif-v2.0-issue-118-file-naming-conventions.docx

 

This draft follows a 
revised proposal, after an email I sent pushing back on one aspect of the original proposal didn’t provoke any controversy.

 

We will move its adoption at TC #26 on Wednesday, October 24th.
